About the lab

The Soil and Environmental Sciences Analysis Lab is a scientific core facility located in the Department of Soil and Environmental Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

We provide fee-for-service elemental and isotopic analyses of soil, plant, and other environmentally relevant samples. Our goals are to provide highly accurate, prompt, and affordable measurements of samples submitted by researchers at UW-Madison and elsewhere.
